More than 500 facilities managers throughout the United States told us how they go about purchasing products. This proprietary research, from Building Operating Management and Facility Maintenance Decisions magazines and the NFMT show was conducted in January of 2020.
We surveyed the average facilities manager in order to learn how they find, use and engage with manufacturers ads. We also examined how facilities managers go about researching products to purchase.
This report is chock full of data and information that will help all facilities product marketers.
- Ad methods that generate the most buying activity
- One factor that you must include in all your marketing communications
- The most important factors when buying and specifying products
- A ranking of the information sources/media channels used when purchasing products
This research report will be published in late March. A limited number of free copies of the report are available. Contact me if you’d like a pdf of the report. Email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Put “FM Path to Purchase Research” in the subject line.
