3000+ FMs Have Already Registered for NFMT 2019

The National Facilities Management and Technology Conference and Expo (NFMT) announced today that over 3,000 facilities professionals have registered for the 19th annual event. This year's show will be held March 26-28 at the Baltimore Convention Center. With five weeks until the showtime, NFMT management projects that attendance at this year's conference and expo will top 4,500.

Registrations have come from 48 states as well as 26 foreign countries. The registrants hold a variety of job functions from energy management to property management. The bulk of them, 43%, are responsible for facilities management. These professionals are responsible for managing from one building to more than 1,000 buildings. 69% of the registrants manage from up to fifty buildings.

The free Expo Hall will be a big draw for many of the attendees. 65% of them anticipate spending $1,000,000 or more on facility operations, renovation and new construction in 2019. Seeing the latest products and services will be a plus for them.

Numerous facilities management associations and organizations have partnered with NFMT 2019. These include AABC Commissioning Group, Maryland/DC Chapter of APPA, Association for Facilities Engineering, BOMI International, Campus FM Technology Association, Central Pennsylvania Chapter of IFMA, Chesapeake Chapter of IFMA, Milldam Public Relations, National Association of Power Engineers, National Institute of Building Sciences, Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships, Professional Grounds Management Society, School Planning and Management/College Planning and Management magazines, and USGBC Maryland. Their members, subscribers and affiliates are all expected to attend NFMT.
