Happy New Year! As I sit to write this message, the calendar has turned, but not much else has changed. I'm still working from my home office and I know many of our fnPrime members are too. And those who are back in their facilities likely aren't operating at full occupancy.
As the pandemic goes into its second year, keeping up the company culture will remain difficult with so many employees working remotely. Even after the pandemic has ended, it's likely that organizations will allow greater flexibility for working from home. Our first article of the year tackles these issues head on.
