Ask the Expert — Talking ADA with Joan Stein The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was enacted in 1990 and remains one of the most important pieces of legislation in U.S. history. It's also a topic that facility managers need to stay on top of to keep all individuals safe in their institutional and commercial facilities.
