Only exhibitors with a confirmed booth are guaranteed placement in the guide.
Why this matters:
- The onsite show guide is every attendee’s roadmap on the show floor
- It’s used before, during, and after the event to plan meetings and booth visits
- It gives your brand visibility beyond foot traffic
Once the guide goes to print, late additions are not possible—and companies without booths simply won’t appear.
