NFMT East Conference Tracks:
Will You Be Part Of It?

NFMT East's world-class educational agenda needs you – because your expertise matters. We depend on facility professionals like you to help us deliver top-tier education and share insights and best practices with fellow attendees.

2026 marks the first time in NFMT's storied history that the show will take place in Charlotte, NC; we'd love to include you on this impactful agenda!

Here are the 2026 Conference Tracks. Will your presentation be showcased?

  1. The Digital Evolution: Exploring AI, digital twins, automation, and emerging technologies
  2. People & Performance: Optimizing leadership, supervision, and workforce management
  3. Safe, Sound and Healthy: Advancing safety, security, and wellness in modern environments
  4. Cleaning for Performance: Smart strategies for cleaning, hygiene, and efficiency in commercial spaces
  5. Mission Critical Environments: Ensuring uptime and resilience in data centers and critical facilities
  6. Tech & Market Trends: Adapting to evolving technologies, markets, and infrastructure demands
  7. Energy Efficiency in Facilities: Practical solutions to lower utility costs and boost performance
  8. Sustainability in the Built Environment: Strategies to meet climate goals and build greener operations

Leading a session at NFMT East puts you in front of an incredibly engaged and interested room of fellow facilities pros. They want to hear your real-world insights—and take back ideas they can put to work in their own buildings right away. Many lifelong connections start in NFMT's conference rooms.

As an NFMT East speaker, you'll receive all this, and much more:

  • Complimentary Registration to NFMT East 2026 including access to all conference sessions, networking events and the expo hall
  • Pre-show promotion on the NFMT East website and additional show-related communications
  • Access to our Speaker Ready room, a monitored, quiet space to relax and work that's stocked with drinks and snacks throughout the duration of the show

The application is simple, and you won't need your presentation content finished in order to submit! Simply visit the Call for Speakers webpage and list some details of your presentation: title, format, learning objectives and details on who will be speaking, and we'll review and be in touch by September 5.
