DOWNLOAD THE MEETINGS TODAY LIVE! MOBILE APP

Our mobile app is where you will find important details for everything you will need to reference onsite at the event, receive reminders and any last updates or changes. Meetings Today has scheduled your 1-on-1 appointments, and you can find the planner profiles in the event app.

1. Go to your app store on your mobile device. This will be noted as Google Play or Apple App store.

2. Search for “Cvent Events” and install/download to your device.

3. Once downloaded, open the app and search for “Meetings Today Live” and the Irving event will populate in the list. Click on the right-hand side to download the event.

4. Enter your FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, AND EMAIL that you used to register for the event.

5. The app will then email AND text you a six-digit verification code (this may take a few minutes) please locate the code and enter it into the prompt.

If you have opted out of emails or texts from Cvent, you may not receive this information. If you have problems accessing the event app, please contact Danielle Goepel at danielle.goepel@tradepress.com or 262-527-7395.

6. Once you are in the app, you MUST select allow notifications from the Cvent application.

This is how we will remind you of details during the event such as start times, departures, and meeting locations. If you do not select “Get Notifications” and “allow” or grant these permissions, you could be left out of the loop!

Immediately after the 1-on-1 appointments. We can hold your items in the production office, should you need to pick them up when we return.
