For over 25 years NFMT has had a rich history with the city of Baltimore, bringing together attendees from across the country to network, grow, and learn within the world of facilities management. Baltimore has been an exceptional host, and we’re grateful for the lasting memories we’ve made there.

We are thrilled to announce an exciting change for 2026: NFMT is moving to Charlotte, North Carolina, one of the fastest growing cities in the United States! We can't wait to bring the same energy and opportunities to the Queen City, March 10-12.

Charlotte also deems itself a dynamic hub for entertainment and dining, showcasing multiple entertainment and art venues and various restaurants serving a variety of cuisines.

While we’re changing location, our commitment to empowering people and advancing practices of facilities management remain the same. You can still count on the high-quality experience that NFMT is known for and that attendees have grown to expect. Attendees will now have even more opportunities to learn, network, and grow.
