There are many causes of poor indoor air quality: smoke, dust, cleaning chemicals and so many more irritants. Whatever the culprit, prolonged exposure to poor indoor air quality can cause occupants to feel fatigued and nauseous. It's common to suffer headaches and other irritations. All of these negative effects lead to lower productivity and higher absenteeism.
Facility managers are in a great position to improve IAQ through better filtration ventilation.
Attend our next "Ask the Expert" session covering improving IAQ on Monday, Nov. 4 at noon Eastern. Our guest will be Maureen Roskoski, vice president with FEA and one of our Facility Influencers.
