Facilities Managers have always been tasked with keeping building occupants safe, but now that directive includes keeping occupants healthy. This roundtable will discuss key trends in occupant health and wellness from design best practices, infection control, IAQ, VOCs to design and tenant communication. We will discuss some of the immediate needs as people return to workplaces, schools, retail and more, while also discussing how COVID-19 has changed overall building trends for the future.
