These programs are funded by the energy-efficiency charge on all customers’ gas and electric bills, in accordance with Rhode Island law.

*National Grid will pay up to 100% of all EV infrastructure costs for approved projects in Upstate NY, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Additional financial incentives vary by region and service territory.
