To support FEMA and the entire disaster recovery community with its recovery needs, Gordian looked for ways to enhance and add localized construction cost data for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands to the RSMeans database after they were devastated by hurricanes in 2017. Possessing more accurate costs for volatile market conditions would be key for base-lining the funding of recovery projects.
