As the understanding of Arc Flash hazards grows, electrical industry standards and regulations continue to evolve. Within the last 12-18 months, we have seen Arc Flash Mitigation requirements added to the National Electrical Code, a shift in how NFPA 70E addresses hazard & risk of electrical incidents, and even some specific arc flash requirements added to OSHA regulations. This session focuses on key changes in these standards and explains how they impact worker safety and power system design & operation.
