Reporting: Ad impressions. Ad clicks.
Campaign ad reporting is delivered monthly. Your reporting dashboard is updated with previous-month reporting within the 3rd business day of the month. You will be notified via email when your dashboard is updated. We are not able to pull ad impressions mid-month. Data is reported cumulatively for a campaign. For campaigns that run over several months the reporting will show a cumulative number of impressions and clicks for the campaign up to the date the data was pulled.
For 3rd party served ads we generally do not report on clicks as click reporting is often disrupted by the tags or implementation is problematic. 3rd party creative click reporting should come from your 3rd party. We do not break out impressions for different creative sizes on the same campaign.
For campaigns purchasing a pre-determined number of impressions we guarantee the campaign reaches that number. Those campaigns always use our Google ad server impressions as the delivery and reporting metrics for the campaign ‐ we do not use 3rd party ad evaluation reports to determine if a campaign was delivered. Impressions at times subtracted by 3rd party tools for reasons like inappropriate content or the like are not applicable for our websites as everything on our sites is posted and reviewed by our internal editorial teams; there are no 3rd party content issues that happen with programmatically sold programs that deliver your ads on unknown 3rd-party content. Our prices are reflective of our normal ad visibility percentages and we do not change your deliverables to account for 3rd party-reported visibility numbers.
For video-embedded ads we are not able to provide plays of your video, you would need to pull that from your YouTube account where your video is hosted.

FacilitiesNet Podcast
Reporting: Podcast promotion and podcast impressions.
Visibility for podcasts comes from various channels including eNewsletter, website visibility, referrals, direct access and social. We are not able to report on the full viral visibility your podcast will receive. Your informational podcast is the destination for the program's amplification campaign and is the equivalent of customers clicking through to your website. We report on those impressions your podcast destination page receives as a result of the various channels of promotion. Reporting for podcasts is delivered at the beginning of the month after active promotion has ended. Your podcast has an extended life as it is posted online and users are able to find it via various internet paths after active promotion has ended. We do not report on impressions following the initial campaign. You will be notified via email when your dashboard is updated.
Campaigns
When an ad program has more than one date or multiple components it is considered an ad campaign. Reporting is pulled and sent comprehensively for a campaign. Campaign reporting is pulled after the last element of the campaign is delivered following the reporting delivery timeframes for the elements involved.
If a campaign spans multiple whole months then your reporting dashboard will get updated monthly for the components where reporting is available based on the reporting timeframes.
Monthly reporting is entered into your reporting dashboard with previous-month activity within the 3rd business day of the month. You will be notified via email when your dashboard is updated.
eNewsletter
Reporting: Sends, opens, clicks + demographics without email for those who clicked.
If paired with a lead form, we deliver leads from the gated form which do include email and demographic data in place of the demographics of those who clicked.
You will be notified via email when your dashboard is updated.
We give our email products 7 days for engagement to play out and pull reporting after those 7 days. Following that process, eNewsletter reporting is delivered 8 days after the last blast date of an eNewsletter ad.
- In a campaign with multiple eNewsletter ad dates, reporting is delivered 8 days after the last eNewsletter ad in the campaign runs.
- If an eNewsletter ad campaign spans several whole months, then you will get reporting at the beginning of each month for the last whole month's performance.
- If an eNewsletter ad is included on a blast that is less than 7 days from the end of the month then that ad or campaign reporting will be delivered in the next reporting period following the timeframes outlined above.
- We are not able to provide reporting outside of the timeframes outlined above.

Webcast reports indicate who attended and who registered but did not attend.
