You're invited to submit your presentation and take the stage at the #1 FM educational conference in the U.S.

Applications must be received by October 26, 2018

What to Submit

Title and Abstract
Concise, brief, accurate — and how you would like it to appear in in conference materials. The conference committee may edit titles and abstract for content or length.

Learning Objectives
Supply 4 learning objectives based on takeaways provided in the presentation.

CEU Questions
Create 4 True/False statements based on learning objectives that attendees will access and answer for CEU credit post-show.

Your Biography and Photo
Limit of 50-word biography per presenter; may be edited for length and clarity. Photo should be high-resolution.
