How To Submit

  1. Title and Abstract
    Concise, brief, accurate — and how you would like it to appear in in conference materials. The conference committee may edit titles and abstract for content or length.
  2. Learning Objectives
    Supply 4 learning objectives based on takeaways provided in the presentation.
  3. CEU Questions
    Create 4 True/False statements based on learning objectives that attendees will access and answer for CEU credit post-show.
  4. Presenter Biography and Photo
    Limit of 50 word biography per presenter; may be edited for length and clarity. Photo should be high-resolution.
Session Details
  • All HPBW sessions are 50 minutes in total length; please allow 5-10 minutes for Q&A.
  • Lecture, case study and panel sessions are the most common format; panels should include no more than three panelists and one moderator.
  • PowerPoint presentations are encouraged and should be designed for readability. An HPBW template will be made available to selected presenters.
  • HPBW presentations are provided to attendees online after the conference. Presenters must submit their materials by April 7, 2017.
