NFMT Vegas Heats Up the Desert
Milwaukee, Wis. (June 5, 2016) — The National Facilities Management & Technology Show (NFMT) returns to Las Vegas in November 2016. For the first time since 2014, NFMT Vegas brings an educational conference and product expo back to the Entertainment Capital of the World. Held at the Mirage Events Center, November 1-2, the show has several new features, including the QuickFire Theatre and Building Internet of Things (BIoT) Pavilion. Already the largest building and facilities management show on the west coast, the new additions make a popular event even more worthwhile for both exhibitors and attendees. Show organizers expect about 175 suppliers and 1,500 attendees at NFMT Vegas.

"We're looking forward to bringing NFMT Vegas back to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip," said Todd Kotlarek, Group Director — Facilities Market, Trade Press Media Group, co-owner of the event. "We're confident the new additions to the show will result in a successful return to Vegas. NFMT Vegas is a perfectly-sized event for exhibiting companies to meet with facilities professionals, forge new relationships, and open new accounts."

The new additions to the expo, the QuickFire Theatre and BIoT Pavilion were popular at NFMT Baltimore, so both are being implemented in Vegas. QuickFire affords exhibitors 20 minutes for a presentation of their services to interested facilities professionals, along with a live Q&A session. The BIoT Pavilion is a showcase of devices, systems and services that collect and share data within and across buildings. The end result is an increase in the efficiency, security, productivity, occupant comfort and profitability of buildings.

70 scheduled conference sessions continue to be a vital part of the show. Conference sessions do not overlap with show floor hours, ensuring attendees time is maximized throughout both days of NFMT Vegas.

"We have a highly informative and influential docket of facility experts leading our conference sessions," said Amy Brown, Director of Education and Conferencing, Trade Press Media Group. "There is much to be gained by attending our conferences. You'll definitely return home with new and innovative ideas to implement into your facilities."
