Healthcare Facilities Today

WEEKLY ROUND-UP

Brought to you by Building Operating Management

Welcome to the HealthcareFacilitiesToday.com weekly roundup. Check out the key posts from last week and hit the ground running on Monday.

The green's almost gone from the landscape (at least where Healthcare Facilities Today is produced), but it's still a frequent visitor to our daily posts.

The Health Facilities Management website posted an article about hospitals moving toward sustainability and the FacilityCare site offered information on navigating the path to cleaner energy for healthcare facilities.

A couple of bloggers also offered some problem-solving advice last week. Sara Hayes wrote about how energy efficiency can improve health and Earl Geertgens offered some advice on how to increase the lifespan of your facility.

Finally Healthcare Design posted information on a different kind of problem solving — service design can help improve patient experience.

Click the links below for a quick sampling of the month's infection control articles and be sure to come back to HealthcareFacilitiesToday.com every day next week. We’re gathering and sharing the news, insights and advice you need to do your job smarter today, tomorrow and far into the fast-changing future of healthcare facilities.
