The U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) now requires health care facilities to migrate from using the 2000 edition of NFPA 101®, Life Safety Code ® to the 2012 edition. Who is the person on your staff who will deal with the CMS Surveyors and what credentials do they have?
