Flooring: Taking It Out Is Just The Beginning What is going to happen to that VCT or carpet tile once you're done with it? That's a question you should ask before installing flooring in the first place. Unless you're laying down some nearly eternal flooring like terrazzo, you (or your successor) will have to dispose of it at the end of its useful life in your facility. LED Lighting Upgrades Have District Swimming in Savings One K-12 school district profiled in the April issue of Facility Maintenance Decisions has embraced LED technology in a big way.
