Communication Important to College HVAC and Lighting Renovation

Warmer weather (finally!) means all kinds of construction and renovation activity is ramping up. Growing up in Michigan the joke was that we had two kinds of weather: snow and construction. On educational campuses throughout the country, final touches are being put on plans for the heavy-duty project window when the kids go home for the summer. But at universities and colleges, it's a little different. There might be fewer students, but there's never really down time. What new designs and materials do you have to maintain? How have they changed what you do?
