As an account executive with Consumer Powerline, Constellation, and CPower, he has worked to maximize the benefits of appropriate energy solutions while minimizing the operational impact to his customer's businesses. Mr. Soles has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Tufts University.

Dr. Bond has more than 10 years of engineering experience in the energy industry. She joined CPower from eCap, a leading energy efficiency measurement and verification firm, where she helped customers achieve sustainability through energy efficiency and demand-side energy management projects. In addition to her work in the industry, Dr. Bond taught engineering at SUNY Alfred State College of Technology, Robert Morris University, and Point Park University. Dr. Bond holds a B.S. in engineering, with a minor in educational studies, from Swarthmore College. She earned her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Berkebile has been in the industry for over 20 years, starting with Delmarva Power and proceeding through Connectiv Solutions, Enerwise Global Technologies, Comverge and now CPower. He was responsible for CPower's approach to the new generator regulations, personally reviewing over 3,000 generators from 2015-2017. He holds a BSME from Widner University and is a member of the National Engineering Honor Society.
