Tommy Gunn

Prior to AwareManager, Tommy Gunn was the former head of global real estate for Philips, managing a portfolio composed of 55 million square feet across more than 900 buildings around the world. Most recently until his retirement in September 2016, Gunn served as Senior Director of Special Projects and Initiatives for Philips Health Tech where he led projects aimed at improving overall portfolio efficiency and positioning the company's real estate assets. In August 2016, he was awarded the Global Real Estate Executive Excellence Award by the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global.
