If you feel like you're constantly putting out fires at your facility, it may be because your inspection program isn't achieving its goals. Too often, problems go unnoticed until equipment breaks or customers complain. That's antiquated facility management. Instead, inspections should be the heart of preventive maintenance. For example, inspections should alert you when critical operations — like equipment performance — are outside of acceptable ranges, automatically issuing a corrective work order for the right staffer or vendor.

This FastCast showcases how leading facilities use inspections today to find, fix and document issues before they negatively impact performance, safety or asset costs.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn how to use mobile to get critical inspection data in real time, automatically trigger corrective work and make the entire process easier for staff
  2. Gain new strategies for leveraging inspections to assess important areas of your daily operations - beyond equipment performance
  3. Understand the important of value vs. cost when using the information generated by inspections to make repair-or-replace asset decisions
